B | 本次股权转让交易的受让方为天津会同宏誉趋势壹号股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙），交易对价为人民币39,325,255元。本次交易不会导致公司合并报表范围发生变化，交易完成后，公司将不再通过全资子公司深圳君科持有比科奇股权。截至本公告披露日，《股权转让协议》尚未签署。    Salman Khan is among the Bollywood stars attending the Red Sea Film Festival in Jeddah this year. I think only Saudi could've done this. It's amazing. They're going places really rapidly; it's a good thing. I like it that they bring their best and our culture together."           Salman's last on-screen appearance came in Sikandar earlier this year which also starred Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Anjini Dhawan and Sharman Joshi among others. On the other hand, Alia Bhatt is prepping for her next releases, Alpha and Love & War which are slated to hit screens next year.           Salman is preparing for his upcoming film, Battle of Galwan. This war drama is based on the Indo-China conflict at Galwan Valley.
